Built for how Indian practices actually get paid

Most practice software is written for US insurance billing. Indian therapy runs on weekly sessions, UPI transfers that don’t match one session, and numbered, itemized invoices your CA can work from. Therapy Manager is designed around that.

Lump-sum UPI payments

Clients send ₹10,000 to cover “the last few sessions”? Record it once. It is applied across their unpaid sessions and any surplus stays on their account as credit, deducted from the next invoice.

Invoices by email

One click builds a numbered, itemized PDF with each session’s date and amount and any credit carried forward, and emails it to your client.

Cancellation & no-show charges

Set your cancellation and no-show percentages once. Mark a session cancelled or no-show and the charge is worked out for you, so your policy is actually applied.

Fee changes that bill correctly

Raise a client’s fee from a date and each session is billed at the fee in effect on its own date. Past invoices stay right and future ones use the new rate.

Client ledger statement

A per-client statement of every charge, payment, and credit, so “how much do I owe you?” has a one-screen answer you can share.

Import your spreadsheet

Bring past sessions in from .xlsx or .csv for clients you’ve added, with a row-by-row preview before anything is saved. You can also review a week of Google Calendar appointments and import them as sessions.
