Yes. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period. After that, you're back on the Free plan with your data intact. Downgrading never deletes anything.
Your data lives in Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security — database-level rules that ensure each therapist can only ever access their own records. Data is encrypted at rest. We never sell or share your data, and it is never used for advertising. See our Security page for the full picture.
We use Dodo Payments — UPI, credit/debit cards, and international cards are all supported. Plans are priced in INR.
