You'll see a prompt to upgrade. Your existing data is never deleted. You just can't add new clients or sessions until you upgrade or remove some.
Yes, from the Manage Subscription page. Cancelling ends your paid plan straight away and moves you to the Free plan, with your data intact. To switch between Starter and Pro, send us a message from the in-app Feedback page and we will change it for you.
Your data lives in Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) and is encrypted at rest. Your practice records are scoped to your account, in the app and in the database access rules. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes, and it is never used for advertising. The Security page has the details.
We use Dodo Payments, which supports UPI, debit and credit cards, and international cards. Plans are priced in INR.
